Publication number: 20210042398Abstract: A method, and a computer with instructions for performance of the method. An applet runs on a user device of the internet. Using a reliable interface on the user device, the applet has captured validation data describing the user device and software execution on the user device. The captured validation data are stored. The validation data includes at least a unique device ID for the user device, and a session ID for a program running on the user device. When a service provider server receives a service request from the user device, data for the request are received at the validation server. Data from the request are compared against the stored validation data. The compared data include at least a device ID and session identifier. Patent number: 10536425Abstract: Cross-domain requests by DNS name rebinding. A domain name server at a first domain name receives an initialization request from a user agent device. The request designates a class of domain names to be resolved to an IP address belonging to a second domain name to which the user agent device seeks to issue a safe cross-domain request. That request will be directed to the first domain name, but serviced by a server belonging to the second. In a DNS cache of the user agent, the first domain name is bound to an IP address belonging to the first domain, and to an IP address belonging to the second domain name.Type: GrantFiled: August 25, 2016Date of Patent: January 14, 2020Assignee: PulsePoint, Inc.Inventors: Yevgeniy Rachitskiy, Leonid Litvin

Patent number: 10453078Abstract: An online exchange system and method supports open insertion order operations for online advertising markets displaying inefficiencies when delivering advertising media. Inefficiencies occur in an open ad exchange for online advertising when there is an under delivery of advertising content to identified target recipients. The online exchange system anticipates under deliveries and automatically fills instances of under delivery with impressions from the publisher inventory of the exchange according to fill requirements of the ad agency providing the advertising content (for example, budget limits and types of impressions to be used for filling the under delivery). The online exchange system also provides a mechanism for issuing a billing credit or discount to the agency if the bill for total impressions delivered according to the original campaign order and the automated under delivery fills exceeds a campaign budget.Type: GrantFiled: July 22, 2009Date of Patent: October 22, 2019Assignee: PulsePoint, Inc.Inventors: Anand Subramanian, Shanthi Sarkar
