    Abstract: An apparatus for breaking molecular bonds of a liquid may include a first arrangement configured to create macroscopic flow of a liquid such that a molecule of the liquid has a velocity corresponding to a bond disassociation energy of the molecule. The apparatus may also include a second arrangement configured to collide the macroscopic flow of liquid with an obstacle. The collision results in molecular collisions having an energy that exceeds the bond disassociation energy of the molecule.
