Abstract: A boxing speedball includes a fixed base detachably connected to a solid object, a ball body, a rebound device arranged at the upper part of the ball body, and a connector configured to connect the rebound device to the fixed base. The fixed base and the connector are adjustable and fastened through a fastener. A frictional resistance device is further provided between the fixed base and the connector, and is configured to increase the frictional force area between the fixed base and the connector. The boxing speedball increases the frictional force area at the connection, increases the friction force itself, improves the security of the connection, and is less likely to be twisted and damaged.
