The second clamp member includes a clamp plate with a slot and a pair of flanges. The second bracket comprises an attachment structure having a pair of outer channels with a structural member connected therebetween and a middle channel attached and positioned at a lower plane with the structural member, a pair of arms and a plurality of flanges attached to a distal end of the pair of outer channels, the middle channel and the pair of arms.
