The apparatus is comprised of a tubular frame, a plurality of support casters, an adjustable seat and seat pedestal, and a pair of padded knee supports. The apparatus has at least one rear support caster mounted rearward of the seat for supporting the frame and worker when the worker is sitting on the seat.
