Patents Assigned to REBIRTH CO., LTD.
  • Patent number: 8672410
Abstract: A tiltable headrest device is provided to suppress the occurrence of abnormal noise during rotation, to reduce the number of components and to improve appearance quality. Guide portions (12) each comprising a standing-up locking portion (12a), a falling-down locking portion (12b) and a rail portion (12c) are integrally formed on a core member (1), a coil spring (4) for urging a lateral rod (31) toward a direction approaching the guide portions (12) is provided in the core member (1). The lateral rod (31) is pressed to the guide portions (12) by the urging force of the coil spring (4) so as to be guided. Due to sliding contact between resin and metal, the occurrence of abnormal noise can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 8480177
Abstract: An arm-rest device is constituted by including the following: an armrest body to be installed to a seat rotatably upward/downward; a ratchet mechanism including stationary-side first ratchet teeth, and movable-side second ratchet teeth rotating integrally with the armrest body; coiled springs for urging those in such a direction that they press one another; releasing cam units for releasing the ratchet mechanism from the meshing; elastic claws and a flanged portion for retaining that release; cut-offs for returning the ratchet mechanism to the meshing. And, the armrest body is made of resin, thereby integrally molding the second ratchet teeth at the time of its molding. It thus becomes an armrest device that is lightweight as a whole, whose assembly can also be done with less man-hour requirements, whose feeling of use is also satisfactory, and which is inexpensive and small in size.

  • Patent number: 7235622
Abstract: There is provided a method for producing a polyethylene terephthalate for molding which has a low content of cyclic trimer. The present invention is a method for producing a polyethylene terephthalate for molding which comprises (1) a condensation step of condensing bis(2-hydroxyethyl)terephthalate having an ion content of 10 ppm or less and an acid value of 30 mgKOH/g or less to produce an oligomer having an average polymerization degree of 4 to 10, (2) a melt-polymerization step of melt-polymerizing the oligomer to produce a prepolymer having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.50 to 0.65, and (3) a solid-state polymerization step of crystallizing pellets of the prepolymer and then solid-state polymerizing the prepolymer at a temperature of 190 to 230° C. to produce a polyethylene terephthalate having an intrinsic viscosity of not lower than 0.65; and a polyethylene terephthalate for molding which is obtained by the method and has specific properties.

  • Patent number: 7211193
Abstract: A method is disclosed for efficiently obtaining BHET of high purity from an EG (ethylene glycol) solution containing crude BHET (bis(2-hydroxyethyl)terephthalate), especially a decomposition product solution obtained by decomposing a polyester containing PET (polyethylene terephthalate) as a main component, by use of EG, while minimizing by-production of impurity components such as DEG (diethylene glycol), DEG ester and oligomers. The decomposition product solution is subjected to crystallization and solid-liquid separation under specific temperature conditions. Further, in accordance with the invention, a method of purifying BHET is taught which comprises evaporation steps of evaporating low-boiling-point components from the decomposition product solution under specific conditions so as to obtain a melt solution and a molecular distillation step of distilling the obtained melt solution under specific conditions so as to obtain a specific fraction.
