Abstract: Disclosed is an in-the-bowl dispensing device designed to dispense two liquid compositions into a toilet bowl at two separate time intervals. One dispensing action takes place during the flush of the toilet bowl and a second separate dispensing action takes place after the flush of the toilet bowl is complete. In this manner the second liquid composition is retained in the toilet bowl until the toilet bowl is flushed by the next user.

Abstract: An improved closure adapted for use with a suitably configured dispensing container the closure comprising as parts of a single sidewall; a compressible main body part having a sidewall having disposed thereon and/or formed within one or more gripping means, a set of mating threads upon the interior of the sidewall, and a base edge, a distensible base skirt part which depends from the main body part by connecting cowling sections, the base skirt part comprising sidewall rim regions which are connected to the cowling sections but separated from the main body part by arcuate perforations in the region between the cowling sections and a base edge of the main body part, and further a catch pawl present within the cowling section. The closure provides for controlled removal of the closure from the dispensing container.
Abstract: The invention relates to a low cost sensor array suitable for use in a ware washing machine, preferably a dish washing machine. The invention also relates to a standalone detergent dispensing device comprising the low cost sensor array. The sensor systems are intended to allow monitoring of wash cycles such that controlled sequential dosing of reagents in wash cycles can be optimized. A device comprising such a sensor system may then be able to sense the conditions of the wash and dose reagents in their optimal sequence in the wash.
Abstract: An assembly for evaporating a volatile material is described, the assembly comprising a device and a refill which are detachable from one another: wherein the device comprises a magnetic induction coil configured to operate with an alternating current passed therethrough at a frequency of between substantially 20 KHz to substantially 500 KHz and one or more volatile fluid emanation channels containing at least one piece of heat-conducting, non-magnetic metal foil and/or deposited heat-conducting, non-magnetic metal; and wherein the refill comprises at least one magnetic susceptor having a coercivity of substantially 50 ampere/meter (HC) to substantially 1500 ampere/meter (HC) and a substantially liquid-tight sealed reservoir containing the volatile material; wherein, in use, the magnetic susceptor(s) is arranged to heat the material predominately by magnetic hysteresis when the magnetic susceptor(s) is at least partially positioned in the induced magnetic field generated, in use, when said alternating current
