Abstract: According to one aspect of the present invention there is provided a device, preferably a disposable device, for reducing pain, bleeding and/or distension of hemorrhoids during defecation comprising an anchor portion being anchorable against tissue of a rectum and being attached to a tubular portion sized and configured for outwardly biasing internal hemorrhoids (i.e. pushing them against rectal/anal wall tissue) and optionally external hemorrhoids when the anchor portion is preferably anchored against the rectum wall.
