Abstract: A cabinet slide system includes a drawer or shelf and a telescoping slide member. The telescoping slide member can include a fixed base portion and a slidable portion. The slidable portion can be slidably engaged with the fixed base portion. The slidable portion can be coupled with the drawer or shelf so the combination of the drawer or shelf and the slidable portion is movable to extend away from the fixed base portion. The cabinet slide system can also include a rigid bracket and a support. The rigid bracket can be formed with a vertical section and a horizontal section perpendicular to the vertical section. The fixed base portion can be coupled with the vertical section. The support can be included in the horizontal section. The fixed base portion can be contiguously and detachedly rested on the support to arrest rotational torque of the telescoping slide member upon being placed under load.

Abstract: A lighting system including an extrusion, a lighted strip, a control board, and a connector. The extrusion comprises a pair of side walls coupled by a connecting member, where the connecting member forms a first shelf for a lighted strip and a pair of flanges projecting from the side walls form a second shelf for a control board. The connector comprises a shell with an outer surface which is adapted to be coupled with the extrusion, and a pin which can be adapted to receive a wire adjacent a first end of the connector. The pin also including a curved contact plate which can be adapted to receive the lighted strip adjacent a second end of the connector.

Abstract: A face panel mounting assembly provides for adjustable mounting of a drawer face panel to a drawer slide mechanism. The assembly includes a plate adapted to be vertically adjustably fixed to a back surface of a drawer face panel, an angled bracket secured to the drawer slide mechanism having a first leg and a second leg, and fasteners passing rearwardly through the plate and bracket to horizontally adjustably secure the drawer face panel to the drawer slide mechanism at a desired position. The assembly also includes anchor plate fixed to the front end of each movable drawer slide rail that includes an opening defining a pivot axis for tilting movement of the drawer face panel and an opening defining a range of movement of the drawer face panel about the pivot axis.

Abstract: A drawer slide system can include a frame comprising a top portion. The top portion can have an inside facing surface and an outside facing surface. The drawer slide system can also include a drawer comprising a top portion. The top portion can have an inside facing surface and an outside facing surface. The inside facing surface of the top portion of the frame can be adjacent to the outside facing surface of the top portion of the drawer. The drawer slide system can further include a longitudinally extendable top drawer slide comprising a fixed portion and a movable portion. The movable portion of the top drawer slide can be coupled to the inside facing surface of the top portion of the drawer. The drawer slide system can also include a bracket coupled to the fixed portion of the top drawer slide and to the top portion of the drawer.

Abstract: Modular LED lighting systems can provide under-cabinet lighting. According to some embodiments, an LED lighting system may be provided with at least one LED light strip, a switch unit, and a removable electrical connector electrically connecting the at least one LED light strip to the switch unit in an end-to-end configuration. According to other embodiments, a modular under-cabinet LED lighting system may be provided having a plurality of LED light strip units having a female power receptacle at each end thereof, and at least one removable electrical connector received within respective female power receptacles at respective ends of an adjacent pair of the LED light strip units to electrically connect the pair of LED light strip units in series one to another in an end-to-end configuration. Because of the modular nature of the various components, a lighting system tailored to a specific under-cabinet lighting need can be provided.

Abstract: A shelf system is shown and described. A post has an aperture. A pin is configured to extend through that aperture. The pin has a head having a first circumference and a body having a second circumference. A collar is configured to encircle the post and rest on the pin head and body. In operation the collar, and any associated shelf, is able to rotate smoothly and stably around the post.

Abstract: A face plate alignment mounting system is provided and includes a lateral adjustment means that engages a face plate and a drawer front panel, a first nut fastener, and an adjustable fastener. The first nut fastener preferably includes a head portion that is affixed to a front surface of a drawer front panel and a shaft slidably engaged with a first bore of the drawer front panel. The first nut fastener shaft defines an opening with internal threads. The adjustable fastener has external threads engaged with the internal threads of the first nut fastener shaft opening. The adjustable fastener includes a first means for adjusting the adjustable fastener in a frontward direction and a rearward direction to suitably adjust the distance between the face plate and the drawer front panel, which is preferably accessible at the rear surface of the drawer front panel.

Abstract: A cabinet slide assembly permits the soft-close action and/or a soft-open action of a drawer. The cabinet slide assembly includes a cabinet, a drawer, and at least one slide mechanism coupling the drawer to the cabinet to permit movement of the drawer between a fully open position and a fully closed position. A gas spring is also included in the assembly having a first end coupled to a portion of the cabinet assembly and a second end coupled to a portion of the drawer assembly. The gas spring is permitted to swing through an arc along a vertical plane as the drawer moves between the fully open position and the fully closed position. An adjustable bracket can also be included in the assembly and is configured for a top mount drawer assembly having a concealed drawer slide mechanism. The bracket is also configured for face frame or frameless cabinet construction.

Abstract: A soft-close cabinet slide assembly permits the soft-close action and/or a soft-open action of a drawer, and thus the reduction of effort by an operator, when the drawer is opening or closing. The cabinet slide assembly includes a cabinet, a drawer, and at least one slide mechanism coupling the drawer to the cabinet to permit movement of the drawer between a fully open position and a fully closed position. A forcing means for exerting an extension force, preferably a gas spring, is also be included in the soft-close cabinet slide assembly having a first end coupled to the cabinet and a second end coupled to the drawer. Preferably, the soft-close cabinet slide assembly also includes a first and second pivotal coupling, which permit the gas spring to swing through an arc as the drawer moves between the fully open position and the fully closed position.

Abstract: A system for adjustably mounting the face plate of a drawer so that when the drawer is closed, the drawer face plate is flush with the adjacent drawer face plate and in a desired height, pitch, roll, lateral and skew position with respect to the front surface of the enclosure. The drawer face panel can be easily adjusted in an inward and outward direction, or a rearward and frontward direction, to compensate for differing degrees of tilt and skew of the drawer face panel with adjacent drawer face panels. Abstract: A valet rod slide mounting assembly is provided for mounting to a supporting surface, such as a door, closet organizer, wall, or the like. The assembly includes a rod and a tube receiving the rod for sliding movement between an extended position and a retracted position when the tube overlaps substantially the rod. The assembly also includes at least two anchors for mounting the tube to the supporting surface. The anchors include a first bore sized to receive the tube and a second bore perpendicular to the first bore and sized to receive a mounting element that engages the support surface. The anchors can also include a third bore where a tube retainer is positioned to engage the tube securably. The assembly can also include a plurality of hooks that depend from the rod, with respective components including slots to permit the hooks to engage the rod continuously while sliding.

Abstract: A tip out hinge designed for use with a storage container located within a cabinet. The hinge provides easy access to the contents of a storage container located within a cabinet. For example, the tip out hinge is used on a tip out storage container in a bathroom for clothing or bathroom items. It also provides access to a storage facility located behind a false front in a bathroom or kitchen. The tip out hinge permits the storage unit to tip forward from the cabinet, remain open until closing begins, remain closed even when bumped, provide a large opening for easy access to the storage container and will not interfere with the operation of any doors or drawers located below the tip out storage container.

Abstract: A drawer slide system providing access and stability for side access drawers has a base including an outside pair of vertical webs and a centrally situated elevated portion. Vertically oriented drawer slides are coupled to each of the vertical webs and a horizontally oriented drawer slide is coupled to the centrally situated portion of the base. The vertically oriented drawer slides are coupled to outside margins of a side access drawer adjacent to a bottom of the drawer. The horizontally oriented drawer slide is coupled to a central portion of the bottom of the drawer. The base can be fixed to a bottom surface of a cabinet to position the side access drawer within a suitable drawer receiving opening in the cabinet.
