    Abstract: A prosthesis is provided comprising a plurality of telescoping tubular members that are deployed and assembled in vivo to define a lumen through a diseased portion of a vascular system. The individual tubular members are capable of accommodating torsional and longitudinal displacements caused by relative motion of the healthy portions on either side of the diseased portion of vessel.
