Each supporting unit includes a linking member, and a supporting bracket affixed to a distal end of the linking member. In the first configuration, the supporting units are respectively connected to two opposite lateral sides of the worktable. In the second configuration, the two supporting units are connected to each other, the linking member of one supporting unit is connected to one of an opposing first end and second end of the worktable, and the supporting bracket of the supporting unit that is connected to the worktable is adapted for accommodating the linking member of the other supporting unit. Thus, the length of the extension support can be adjusted to fit different lengths of workpieces.

The moving arm member defines a first end connected to a wheel pedal unit and an opposing second end connected to a saddle unit, such that a distance difference between the first and second ends in the vertical direction, as well as in the horizontal direction, changes subject to changing the relative position between the moving arm member and the base. Thus, by means of moving the moving arm member relative to the base, the distance difference between the first and second ends is relatively changed, causing change of the relative position between the wheel pedal unit and the saddle unit. This allows the user to select a normal upright sitting exercise mode or a recumbent sitting exercise mode.

The locking unit is fixed to the other of the worktable and the movable guide rail unit. The fence unit includes a fence arranged to be located on the top side of the worktable, and a slide coupled to the second rail. By moving the movable guide rail unit relative to the worktable, the working area of the cutting machine is relatively extended. To cut a large size workpiece, the position of the movable guide rail unit is adjusted relative to the worktable to extend the working area.

The locating member defines a track, and the riving knife has a riving knife body and a coupling portion inserted into the track. The locking unit includes an axle holder affixed to the locating member, a brake mounted on the axle holder, an operating member connected to the brake and a locking member to be driven by the brake. Rotation of the operating member causes the brake to move the locking member relative to the riving knife between a locking position, where the locking member engages the riving knife, and an unlocking or adjusting position, where the locking member is disengaged from the riving knife.
