  • Patent number: 9447623
Abstract: A door checker includes a stopper provided to a tip portion of a check lever and defining a door opening limit by engaging with stopper surfaces provided to an outer surface of a peripheral edge of a through-hole in a support body. The stopper is formed from paired first stopper portions engageable with paired first stopper surfaces arranged side-by-side with the through-hole therebetween, and paired second stopper portions engageable with paired second stopper surfaces. The first stopper portions are formed from metal-made protrusions integrally projecting from opposite sides of a tip portion of a lever core plate, and projecting from an outer surface of a synthetic resin-made covering portion. The second stopper portions are formed from synthetic resin-made portions of the outer surface located between the first stopper portions and swollen on opposite sides in a direction orthogonal to an arrangement direction of the first stopper portions.

  • Patent number: 7437802
Abstract: A door hinge with a checker include: a first hinge arm and a second hinge arm which are connected to be relatively rotatable by a hinge pin; a check cam which is provided at the first hinge arm and has positioning recessed portions on its outer peripheral surface; a roller which moves on the outer peripheral surface of the check cam and engages with the positing recessed portions in accordance with relative rotation of the first and second hinge arms; and a torsion spring which resiliently urges the roller toward the outer peripheral surface of the check cam. A torsion shaft portion is connected via a reinforcing member to a free end part of a movable arm portion in the torsion spring. Thus, shaking of the door when the roller resiliently engages with the positioning recessed portion of the check cam by torsional load of the torsion spring is prevented.

  • Patent number: 7383614
Abstract: A door checker includes: a check lever 6 formed, at the proximal end thereof, with a boss 10 connected to a bracket 7 via a shaft 8; a case 1 having through holes 4, 5 through which the check lever 6 passes; and shoes 19 which are in sliding contact with detent surfaces 9 of the check lever 6 in the case 1. The check lever 6 is provided, at the distal end thereof, with a full open stopper 12 which comes into contact with an outside surface of the case 1 to define a full open position of a door D. The full open stopper 12 is formed integrally with the check lever 6. The boss 10 is formed so as to be capable of passing through the through holes 4, 5 in the case 1 and between the pair of shoes 19. • Publication number: 20080006801
Abstract: In a pantagraph-type jack, a lower reinforcement plate is integrally provided at an inner end of a bottom plate portion of each lower arm so as to extend therefrom in parallel with a corresponding lower pivot, and a lower recess is formed in an upper surface of a flange portion of each lower enforcement plate so that the lower recess receives a part of an outer peripheral surface of a threaded rod when a load bearing platform is lowered to a lowermost position. Also, an upper reinforcement plate having the same structure is integrally provided at an inner end of an upper plate portion of each upper arm. Thus, it is possible to firmly restrict inward falling of side plate portions of the lower arms and upper arms, and to lower the load bearing platform to a lowermost position without interference by the above-described reinforcement structure.
