    Abstract: A bearing shim comprising a first end plate, a second end plate and a plurality of spacer elements disposed therebetween. The first end plate includes an axially elongated annular rib adapted to be received within apertures in the spacers and the other end plate. Preferably, the annular rib peripherally circumscribes a bore within the first end plate adapted to receive a rotatably mounted axle therethrough.
