The energizing ingredients comprise guarana seed extract, eleuthero root extract, tyrosine, and high amounts of B-complex vitamins. The B-complex vitamins preferably comprise thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12. The enteric coating of the time-release energizing supplement controls the release of the energizing ingredients inside the user's body and energizes the user by enhancing physical and metal performance over an extended period of time.
