    Abstract: A method for forming a pixel-defining layer on an OLED panel is disclosed. The method comprising (A) providing a substrate; (B) forming a plurality of first electrodes in parallel stripes; (C) forming a layer of photosensitive polyimide or polyimide precursor compositions with patterns; and (D) baking said substrate with patterned photosensitive polyimide or polyimide precursor compositions for crosslinking or curing. An OLED panel made by above method is also disclosed here.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a surface-treatment apparatus for forming a plurality of photoresist-isolating walls on an organic electroluminescent panel. The surface-treatment apparatus has a photoresist-coating module, a prebaking unit, an exposure unit, a post-exposure surface treatment module with an alkaline atmosphere, a development module and a hard baking unit. The photoresist-coating module coats a photoresist layer on the surface of the organic electroluminescent panel. The prebaking unit bakes the photoresist layer on the organic electroluminescent panel by a heating plate and initially drives solvents from the photoresist layer. The exposure unit performs an UV exposure process on the photoresist layer after the prebaking. The post-exposure surface treatment module with an alkaline atmosphere bakes the photoresist layer by a heating plate after the exposure process, wherein the alkaline atmosphere surfacely terminates a self-catalyzed reaction of photo-acid ions of the photoresist layer.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for transporting substrates in all organic light emitting diode (OLED) process is disclosed, which has a transferring chamber provided for transporting substrates between processing modules and the atmosphere condition therein is able to be adjusted to be the same as the processing module by an atmosphere conditioner unit. According to the present invention, the substrates are not contaminated by moisture and the process operation and the factory layout are more flexible. Moreover, the OLED yield is improved.
