Abstract: A device for packing items in a box is provided with a conveyor for supplying items in a conveyance direction, a pushing device comprising a pressure plate, which pressure plate is movable in a horizontal pushing direction extending transversely to the conveyance direction, for moving at least one item onto a flap that is movable from a closed position to an open position and vice versa, a box being positionable below the flap. The device is additionally provided with two guide plates situated on either side of the flap, which guide plates extend transversely to the pressure plate. The device is further provided with a retaining plate extending parallel to the pressure plate and movable in the pushing direction. The device is also provided with a stop situated between the retaining plate and the pushing device, which stop is situated at a distance above the flap that is less than the height of the item, the item and/or the stop being deformable during the movement of the item on the flap.

Abstract: In a method for packaging products at least one product to be packaged is placed in a bag by means of a bag filling device, after which a number of bags are placed in a box. The placing of the products in bags is synchronised with the placing of the bags in boxes and also the placing of the boxes in a direction of conveyance.

Abstract: A device for packaging bags in a box at least comprises a bag supplying device for supplying bags to a pickup position, as well as a transfer device provided with at least one nozzle for moving at least one bag from a pickup position to a depositing position. The device further comprises a flap which is movable from a closed position to an open position and vice versa, under which flap a box can be positioned. The flap is positioned opposite the pickup position in such a manner that a bag can be dragged from the pickup position to the depositing position on the flap in use, during which dragging at least a part of the bottom side of said bag is substantially constantly supported on the pickup position or on the flap.

Each wall (3, 5) comprises at least two bonded-together wall members (6, 7; 8, 9), which are folded onto each other about a fold line (10, 11), wherein parts (26, 27) of the walls (3, 5) positioned on either side of the wall members (6, 7; 8, 9) can be moved away from each other in directions (P1, P2) extending parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bonding seam (16, 17), wherein the opposite wall members (6, 7; 8, 9) can be moved apart, bounding an opening that gives access to a space present inside the package (1).
