Abstract: A support for a camera comprising a first fluid head and a second fluid head, the first fluid head being arranged to provide rotation about a first axis and the second fluid head being arranged to provide rotation about a second axis, which is perpendicular to the first axis.
Abstract: A support for a camera comprises a central hub (45) adapted to releasably connect with a plurality of radially displaced interchangeable arm or foot sections (A, B), wherein the arm section is adapted to interconnect if desired with an additional arm section and/or foot section to form a radially extending leg of a desired length. The hub may have a Mitchell type plate and is provided with one or more access windows to allow access to a central cavity.

Abstract: A counter-balancing mechanism is provided that includes a support for supporting an article to be tilted about a horizontal axis, and an annular cam movable with the support, wherein the cam has a cam surface which varies in height in a direction normal to the plane of rotation of the support. A cam follower is loaded by a resilient member, whereby, as the support rotates, the cam follower and resilient member cause a return force to be exerted on the cam surface to substantially counteract the torque caused by the rotation of the support.
