Abstract: The present disclosure provides a device for fixing a gantry crane rail in a factory building and a gantry crane system using the same. The device comprises a main body, which comprises a top portion, a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The top portion is fixed to a bottom surface of a beam of the factory building, and the first surface and the second surface are substantially parallel to the crane rail. The device further comprises a first protruded support positioned on the first surface and a second protruded support positioned on the second surface.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a jig for manufacturing a reinforcement cage, which comprises a base member, a slot device disposed on the base member and extending along the lengthwise direction of the base member, and a plurality of fasteners arranged on a strip and spaced apart from each other along the lengthwise direction of the strip, wherein the strip is received in a slot of the slot device and is slidable within a predetermined range. The present disclosure further relates to an erecting frame for making a reinforcement cage assembly, which comprises a substantially square frame with four sides and a plurality of supports spaced apart from each other and disposed along the four sides, wherein each of the supports has at least one slot used for receiving and holding an end of a main bar of the reinforcement cage.

Abstract: Lifting equipment for lifting a waffle slab used in a construction includes a main body bracket, a sliding member and a plurality of clamping mechanisms for clamping the waffle slab. The main body bracket has a through hole in a center thereof. The sliding member is slidably disposed in the through hole of the main body bracket. The sliding member includes an engagement member located at the top of the sliding member, a shaft portion connected to the bottom of the engagement member and slidably disposed in the through hole of the main body bracket, a sleeve fitted to an outer circumference of the shaft portion, and a flange fixed to the bottom of the shaft portion for preventing the sleeve from moving downward.

Abstract: The subject disclosure is related to a beam-column connection structure, comprising a first H-shaped steel beam, a second H-shaped steel beam generally perpendicularly connected to a side of the first H-shaped steel beam, and a third H-shaped steel beam generally perpendicularly connected to another side of the first H-shaped steel beam wherein a main stirrup penetrates these H-shaped steel beams and surrounds the joints thereof.

Abstract: The subject invention is related to a waffle slab with a plug. The waffle slab comprises a plurality of through holes from the top surface to the bottom surface thereof along its thickness direction, and at least one of the through holes has at least one stop-profile. The plug has at least one profile complementary to the at least one stop-profile of the through holes, so that when the plug is inserted into the at least one through hole, the plug sits on the at least one stop-profile and a top surface of the plug is flush with the top surface of the waffle slab.
