The flip-top closure may be movable between open and closed positions relative to the spout. The lid may also include a carrying member with a loop-shaped configuration. The lid may further include one or more flanges and the flanges may include one or more protrusions. The protrusions may form a pivot point about which the flip-top closure pivots between the open and closed positions. The protrusions may also allow the carrying member to pivot independently of the flip-top closure.

The closure is rotatable about a closure rotation axis between a closed position in which the lid opening is closed and an open position in which the lid opening is open. A push button is movably coupled to the closure and is movable between first and second push button positions. In the first push button position, the closure is retained in the closed position. In the second push button position, the closure is not retained in the closed position. The push button is positioned at the proximal end of the closure. Abstract: A drinking vessel including a beverage container and a closure assembly attachable to the beverage container. The beverage container has a spout defining a first drinking opening and a second drinking opening. The closure assembly includes a positioning member and a sealing member. When the positioning member is in a sealing orientation, the positioning member can extend deep enough into the first drinking opening for the sealing member to seal the first drinking opening and the second drinking opening. When the positioning member is not in the sealing orientation, the positioning member cannot extend deep enough into the first drinking opening for the sealing member to seal the first drinking opening and the second drinking opening.

The selector may be movable between a first position that allows fluid disposed within the container to be discharged through a straw, and a second position that allows fluid within the container to be discharged by inverting and/or squeezing the container. The selector may be movable into a closed position that restricts fluid from being discharged from the container. The selector may be movable into a detachment position that allows for detachment of the selector from a remainder of the container, disassembly of the valve assembly, or both.

Abstract: A drinking vessel with selectable modes includes a lid, a straw, and a container. The lid extends over an upper opening of the container. The lid includes a lid upper portion and a lid base. The lid upper portion defines a drinking passage therethrough, the drinking passage disposed at an upper rim of the lid upper portion. The lid base defines a first fluid passage therethrough and a second fluid passage therethrough. The straw is coupled to a bottom side of the second fluid passage. The lid upper portion is rotatable through at least three positions relative to the lid base. In the first position the drinking passage does not align with either the first fluid passage or the second fluid passage. In the second position the drinking passage aligns with the first fluid passage. In the third position the drinking passage aligns with the second fluid passage.

Abstract: An agitator may include one or more members adjustable between an expanded configuration and a compressed configuration. When the one or more members are in the expanded configuration, the agitator in a first set of two orthogonal dimensions is larger than an opening having a predetermined size. When the one or more members are in the compressed configuration, the agitator in a second set of two orthogonal dimensions is smaller than the opening having the predetermined size. The one or more members are biased to the expanded configuration in absence of external force applied to the one or more members. In use, the agitator may be inserted into a container through a neck of the container in the compressed configuration. The agitator may expand within the container so that the container does not fit through the neck of the container.
