Abstract: The processing operations of an actual desk work can be executed as they are, and the efficiency of data processing work can be significantly improved by utilizing the processing capability of a computer system. A data processing system utilizing computer processing a means for generating a versioned documents which is confined and comprehesive type of tables/lists for maintaining initial data in their original state as they are, a means for generating a ledger which is a table/list including information which vary and change with time, and a means for generating a document control register which is a kind of ledger for maintaining the identification of tables/lists for controlling. The above-mentioned document control register has a portion for identifying and controlling its own records and tables/lists which are the object of control and a portion for controlling their conditions for use and states so that all document data can be included, controlled, and maintained by this document control register.
Abstract: An order processing control module uses computer processing provided with an upper level ledger to which an upper level order is input from the outside. There is provided a first element for exploding orders into component requirements by exploding an order read from the upper order ledger into components based on a previously registered bill of materials, calculating the required amount of individual components and outputting the same to a release order ledger. Furthermore, there are also provided an internal order ledger to which the required amounts of individual components are input from the release order ledger, and a second element for exploding orders into operation/resource requirements by exploding an order input from the internal order ledger into processes and calculating the resource load based on previously registered components/resources data.
