Abstract: A cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaner module provided with a module mounting portion, a wireless cleaning module removably mounted to the cleaner module, and a wired cleaning module provided with a canister, a connection hose connected from the canister to the cleaner, and a connector provided in the connection hose to be removably mounted to the cleaner module. A wired cleaning mode using the wired cleaning module and a wireless cleaning mode using the wireless cleaning module are selectively operated by mounting one of the connector of the wired cleaning module and the wireless cleaning module, to the module mounting portion.

Abstract: A data synchronization method for more than three networked devices including at least one client and one server for efficiently synchronizing data among multiple devices supporting a Synchronization Markup Language (SyncML) protocol is provided. The data synchronization method includes determining whether a data item indicated by synchronization information contained in a synchronization request message exists in a change log table of the server, when a server receives the synchronization request message sent by a first client, and updating the change log table by adding the data item indicated by the synchronization information and transmitting a synchronization request message containing a data identifier and the change log of the data item to a second client, if a data item indicated by the synchronization information does not exist, otherwise, ending data synchronization by transmitting a synchronization response message containing status information to the first client.

Abstract: A method of fabricating a recess channel array transistor. Using a mask layer pattern having a high etch selectivity with respect to a silicon substrate, the silicon substrate and an isolation insulating layer are etched to form a recess channel trench. After forming a gate insulating layer and a recess gate stack on the recess channel trench, a source and a drain are formed in the silicon substrate adjacent to both sidewalls of the recess gate stack, thereby completing the recess channel array transistor. Because the mask layer pattern having the high etch selectivity with respect to the silicon substrate is used, a depth of the recess channel trench is easily controlled while good etching uniformity of the silicon substrate is obtained.

Abstract: In an array substrate and an LCD apparatus having the same, the array substrate includes a signal line, a first insulating layer formed on the signal line, and a pixel electrode formed on the first insulating layer and overlapped with the signal line. The pixel electrode is electrically connected with the signal line so as to discharge a signal through the signal line. A second insulating layer is disposed between the pixel electrode and the first insulating layer, and includes an opening formed in an overlapped area of the pixel electrode and the signal line so as to partially expose the first insulating layer. Thus, the LCD apparatus may have an enhanced display quality.

Abstract: A cartridge inserting/extracting apparatus for use in a magnetooptical disk player for recording and/or reproducing information of a magnetooptical disk using an optical pickup and magnetic head uses a cartridge holder rotationally opened and/or closed on a deck for loading a minidisk, and includes an extracting member for extracting the minidisk received in the cartridge holder, a locking release member, and a locking lever member. The apparatus prevents a disk from being removed in a state where the magnetic head will be damaged.
