  • Patent number: 5102006
Abstract: Container (1) comprises a relatively rigid outer container (2) and an inner container (3) forming an inner lining. Inner container (3) is manufactured from blanks of thin, plastic-coated aluminum foil and has welded overlap seams running along a fold. The outer container protects the inner container (3) ensuring the necessary tightness against damage leading to leaks. Except for an aluminum coating of less than 0.02 mm thick, which ensures the tightness and light protection, the container is made from plastic, or in the case of outer container (2) from some other combustible material. Its temperature loading and tightness characteristics make container (1) suitable for packing foods to be sterilized, as well as for carbon dioxide-containing drinks. The container is conical for space-saving transportation purposes.

  • Patent number: 4742935
Abstract: The flange-like lid rim of a packaging container, including the outwardly projecting gripping part shaped thereon, is laterally enclosed by an all-round rim portion, so that it is not accessible for opening the packaging container. The actuation of the gripping part leads to the separation of a rim extension of the container body engaging below the gripping part and to which the latter is non-detachably connected by a pushbutton connection. The sealing fixing of the lid to the container body takes place by interlocking engagement beads. The packaging container avoids any hot sealing joint as a guarantee seal and is made from completely burnable plastic.

  • Patent number: 4632298
Abstract: The packing container comprises a cylindrical cardboard body produced in a wrapping process and whose inside is lined with an aluminum foil and is provided with container bases fixed to its ends. The container bases comprise an aluminum foil with a cylindrical border and a cardboard plate or board fixed to the planar part of the container base. This cardboard plate protects the thin aluminum foil. A tear-open grip is provided on one of the container bases and is shaped through a u-shaped punching line from the cardboard plate and the aluminum foil fixed thereto. The opening formed by the punching line is closed by a foil portion, which is stuck to the bottom of the container base. On opening the packing container, the connection between the cylindrical border of the container base and the inner face of the container body is torn apart.

  • Patent number: 4550854
Abstract: During the deep drawing of a cup-shaped container from a plastic sheet, its wall is surrounded by a sleeve of cardboard material or the like which reinforces and insulates the container and can be used to carry decorations. The upper and lower edges of the sleeve are enclosed by radial protrusions of the plastic of the container so that they cannot come into contact with the moisture of a base surface. Positive engagement between sleeve and container is ensured and the sleeve supports the wall which can be made very thin.
