  • Patent number: 10687426
Abstract: A method of producing an electrical through connection. A cut extending from a first surface to a second surface and separating the area into a first part and a second part is provided on an area of the flexible substrate. At least one of the first and second part is raised from a first plane of the first surface. A first wet conductive layer is printed on the first surface on and around the cut. The first wet layer is solidified into a first dried conductive layer. At least one of the first part and the second part is raised from a second plane of the second surface. A second wet conductive layer is printed on the second surface on and around the cut. The second wet conductive layer is solidified into a second dried conductive layer, which creates an electrical through connection with the first dried conductive layer.

  • Patent number: 10454116
Abstract: A thin battery is produced on a surface is taught. A first electrode layer and a second electrode layer are provided on the surface. An electrolyte layer is printed on the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. The electrolyte layer possesses substantial mechanical strength such that further printings on top of the electrolyte layer can be done. A photopolymerizable protection layer is printed on the electrolyte layer and around a perimeter of the electrolyte layer, wherein the photopolymerizable protection layer solidifies on exposure to suitable radiation. The electrolyte layer comprises at least one first functional group and the photopolymerizable protection layer comprise at least one second functional group such that on exposure to the suitable radiation some of the at least one first functional group makes chemical bonds with some of the at least one second functional group.

  • Patent number: 10162241
Abstract: An electrochromic display devices to display a desired image is taught. The display includes a transparent substrate, deposited with a first electrically conducting layer. At least one electrochromic layer is provided on the first electrically conducting layer. An ionically conducting layer is provided on the electrochromic layer and a piezoresistive layer is provided on the second electrically conducting layer. A third electrically conducting layer is provided on the piezoresistive layer. The electrochromic display device displays image in two different modes. In the first mode, an electrical potential is applied across the first and second electrically conducting layer. In the second mode, an electrical potential is applied across the first and the third electrically conducting layer and simultaneously a pressure is applied on the surface.

  • Patent number: 10121981
Abstract: A vertical channel field-effect transistor is taught. The vertical channel field-effect transistor comprises a primary substrate and a secondary substrate. A bottom conducting layer is provided on the primary substrate. A top conducting layer is transferred from a secondary substrate to the primary substrate by using an insulating adhesive layer. The thickness of the insulating adhesive layer defines the channel length. The portion of the top conducting layer which is over the bottom conducting layer defines the maximum possible channel. At least one semiconducting layer is provided on and around a perimeter of at least a portion of the channel width. At least one insulating layer is provided on at least a portion of the at least one semiconducting layer. At least one gate conducting layer provided on at least a portion of the at least one insulating layer.
