  • Publication number: 20110079293
Abstract: Hydraulic system with a hydraulic machine, in particular an axial piston or radial piston unit, with rotating and moving machine components which are arranged in a housing. The housing is connected to a high-pressure and a low-pressure line of a working circuit, which is supplied with pressure fluid by means of a charge pump. The leakage fluid which occurs in the housing collects in a leakage fluid reservoir which is arranged below the rotating and moving hydraulic machine components in the working position of the hydraulic machine and is connected fluidically to the housing. The leakage fluid is pumped out of the leakage fluid reservoir into the low-pressure line of the working circuit by the charge pump.

  • Patent number: 7686602
Abstract: A roller vane pump that uses slippers on its rollers to create multiple seals. The roller vane pump has a fixed cam ring that has a rotor within. The rotor has openings that receive rollers that rotate about the inside of the cam ring. Each roller has a slipper rotatably connected thereto. The use of the slipper allows multiple seals to be created between the slipper, the rollers, and the cam ring and additionally allows for the roller vane pump to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise without the changing of parts.

  • Patent number: 7644646
Abstract: A three position servo system. The servo system has a servo housing that has first and second control ports disposed therein in a cavity in fluid communication with the first and second control ports. A servo piston having at least one pressure chamber disposed therein is then used to communicate the pressure within the first and second ports into the first end of the cavity. Thus, when pressure is applied below a threshold pressure to both ports a first position is achieved, when pressure is applied above the threshold pressure in only one port a second position is achieved, and when pressure is applied above the threshold pressure in both ports a third position is achieved. Therefore, the servo system provides three different operating positions.

  • Publication number: 20090242054
Abstract: A selectable detent assembly that has a housing with a plurality of passageways. Within the housing is a selector spool that is disposed within a selector passageway and is rotatable to provide a plurality of rotational positions including a no detent position, a kick down position, and a continuous detent position. A pilot check valve is disposed within the housing and provides a fluid flow path from a pilot passageway to the selector passageway and a detent passageway. A detent arming piston is disposed within the detent passageway and is connected to a directional control valve spool. Thus, depending on the rotational position of the selector spool, the selector spool can either provide a continuous flow path through the selector passageway to a tank, a flow path that is controlled by the axial position of the selector spool or prevent flow to the tank in order to operate the detent arming piston.
