    Abstract: The device comprises a body, a support, a welding torch, a connecting means ensuring the mobility of the support and of the welding torch. The welding torch can occupy at least one working position in which the flame effects one welding position and one rest operation in which the flame is sheltered. The device also has a screen which makes the flame during passage from the rest position to the working position. The invention can be used for welding robots.
