Abstract: A reciprocating pencil sharpener has a stationary member, a cutter and a ratchet mechanism. The cutter includes a blade secured to a blade holder. The ratchet mechanism is mounted between the stationary member and the cutter and allows the cutter to rotate relative to the stationary member in one direction only. When a user desires to sharpen a pencil, the user can keep the pencil in the hand and rotate the pencil in reciprocating rotation, thus obtaining the sharpened point of the pencil. Consequently, it is convenient for the user to apply a rotational force and a high efficiency of sharpening operation is achieved.

Abstract: A stationery tool has a body and a rubber holding device. The body has a holding end and a holding recess defined in the holding end. The rubber holding device is detachably or securely mounted in the holding recess for holding a rubber to adjust an extension length of the rubber relative to the body and has a clamping segment and a guiding segment. The clamping segment has multiple clamping protrusions for pressing against the rubber. The guiding segment extends outwardly and makes an opening of the rubber holding device have a distance from the clamping segment. Accordingly, the stationery tool has capabilities of adjusting an extension length of the rubber and conveniently replacing a used rubber.

Abstract: A cutter assembly for an electric pencil sharpener has a cutter bracket and a cutter. The cutter bracket has a pencil sharpening hole and an engaging structure. The pencil sharpening hole is defined in the cutter bracket for a pencil to be inserted into the pencil sharpening hole. The engaging structure is formed on the cutter bracket to engage a rotating frame in the electric pencil sharpener. The cutter is mounted rotatably on the cutter bracket. Accordingly, the cutter assembly is replaceable for the electric pencil sharpener when the cutter of the cutter assembly is damaged or worn.

The magazine assembly and the trigger assembly are connected pivotally to the supporting base. The leg-flatting device is mounted on the supporting base and has a moving base and an anvil element. The moving base is connected operationally to the supporting base and has an anvil hole. The anvil element is mounted moveably in the anvil hole and has a functional segment and a non-functional segment. The rail assembly mounted on and protrudes from the bottom face of the supporting base and has at least one rail bracket protruding from the bottom face of the supporting base. Each one of the at least one rail bracket has a rail in which the non-functional segment of the anvil element is slidably mounted.

Abstract: A film transfer tool includes an application head, which is adapted to be moved to a stowed position, and a reel assembly having a wall and two stopping members extended therefrom. The reel assembly and a shell have an active member disposed therebetween. The active member has a looped passage on which the two stopping members are adapted to move. The two stopping members can position the reel assembly in a retained position in which the head extends outside the shell, and the reel assembly can be released from the retained position in order that the head is stowed inside the shell.

Abstract: A film transfer device with a slidable protection cap includes a case including a compartment, a receiving section connected with the compartment, and an opening section in proximity to the receiving section. A reel mechanism is disposed in the compartment. An application head assembly is retained in the receiving section and includes an application head exposed outside the opening section. A protection cap is slidably mounted in the receiving section between a first position and a second position. The application head is concealed by the protection cap when the protection cap is in the first position. The application head is exposed from the protection cap when the protection cap is in the second position.

The dispensing head is mounted on one end of the base. The wheel assembly is mounted on the base and has a tape supplying wheel and a used tape collecting wheel. The transmission device is mounted between the tape supplying wheel and the used tape collecting wheel to drive the tape supplying wheel and the used tape collecting wheel to rotate simultaneously. The thin film is mounted around the wheel assembly and the dispensing head. The holding tab is connected to the base and abutting with a side face of the tape supplying wheel.

The extending-and-retracting mechanism selectively drives the core assembly to hold forward or backward. The rear cover is mounted on the front cover. A user pushes the core assembly with the extending-and-retracting mechanism forward to extend the head out of or retract the head into the front cover. Retracting the head prevents dust from accumulating on a correction tape on the head.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a pre-molding leadframe strip with compact components is disclosed. The method forms a leadframe strip with an array of component regions, each component region including two metal parts for using as a chip-attached portion, a wire-bonded portion and two external electrical connection conductors. Next, the leadframe strip is plated with a metal layer having high conductivity and die bonding adhesion. Finally, a pre-molded structure on each of the component regions is formed to surround all the other portions of the leadframe strip with an exception of only the two external electrical connection conductors through a multiplicity of pre-molding processes, each pre-molding process molding the leadframe strip at an interval of one or more than one component regions.
