  • Patent number: 7458696
Abstract: A laser indicator is secured on a rotating shaft of a sawing machine, on which rotating shaft a saw is fitted; the laser indicator consists of a base, an upper cover, a laser module, and a threaded adjusting element passed through a screw hole of the upper cover; the laser module is pivoted to the base, and subjected to elastic force of an elastic member; the adjusting element is pressed against the laser module such that orientation of the laser module can be adjusted by means of turning the adjusting element; therefore, if the laser beam emitted from the laser module fails to head towards exactly the same direction as the blade of the saw, the user is allowed to turn the adjusting element to adjust the laser module to a correct position.

  • Patent number: 7161969
Abstract: A laser marking mechanism includes a housing, a laser module in the housing, first and second reflecting lenses, and a third lens; the laser module has a laser emitting end directed at an inside of the housing; the reflecting lenses are positioned in front of the laser emitting end of the laser module, sloping and parallel to each other, for making a laser beam emitted from the laser emitting end become two laser beams; the third lens is arranged in the housing, across passages of the two laser beams from the reflecting lenses, for changing the two laser beams from the reflecting lenses in such a way that the laser beams will form two light lines on a surface of an object.

  • Patent number: 6921235
Abstract: A laser centering mechanism of a drilling machine includes a clamp ring fitted around a drill chunk of a drilling machine, upper and lower knobs, and two laser modules. The clamp ring has several spaced upwards-sticking flexible plates, and several downwards-sticking flexible plates. The knobs are fitted around an upper end, and a lower end of the clamp ring respectively. The knobs are securely screwed to each other so that inner annular portions thereof make corresponding flexible plates tightly and securely pressed against the drill chunk. The laser modules are fixed to an inner edge of the lower knob, and are equipped with such lenses that laser lights emitted therefrom form intersecting straight light lines on a plane under them, which will form a centering light point on a central axis of the lower knob in rotation of the present mechanism together with the drill chunk.

  • Patent number: 6763598
Abstract: A laser level with lens switching mechanism includes a shell, a level vial fitted to top of the shell, a laser module disposed in the shell, a connecting base joined to the front end of the shell, and a lens switching knob joined to the base; the connecting base has a first hole right in front of a passage formed in the shell for allowing laser light of the laser module to travel through; the base has a second hole, and locating protrusions spaced apart around the second hole on a front side; the knob has different lenses fitted around a shaft thereof, and is rotary with the shaft being passed through the second hole of the base; the knob has cavities, which fit with the locating protrusions when either one of the lenses is aligned with the passage for laser light.
