Abstract: In a sludge treatment tank, members made of a glass long-fiber reinforced foamed plastic composite material are used as formworks in construction and then left as an inside wall member. The composite material functions as formworks in a construction method as well as applies an insulating property and a corrosion resistant property to the sludge treatment tank and further realizes labor saving in a field of construction works, the provision of a good working environment and the reduction of a period of construction work.

Abstract: A method of making a granulocyte adsorbing carrier, which is provided on its surface with irregularities having a center line average height Ra of 0.2 to 10 .mu.m and a mean spacing Sm of unevenness being within a range of 5 to 200 .mu.m, and a granulocyte remover employing the granulocyte adsorbing carrier, is conducted by methanol extraction.

Abstract: A covering multilayer film or sheet structure for agricultural application, which consists essentially of:(1) a film or sheet of a resin composition comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of olefinic resins and vinyl chloride resins and (B) about 1 to about 40 parts by weight of an acetal resin, and(2) a layer of the thermoplastic resin (A) laminated to at least one surface of the film or sheet (1); and a method for maintaining an agricultural locus at temperatures suitable for the growth of plants, using aforesaid covering multilayer film or sheet.
