    Abstract: A humic acid composition includes fulvic acid, ulmic acid and black humic acid. Fulvic acid is in an amount ranging from 64% to 98 wt % based on a sum weight of fulvic acid, ulmic acid and black humic acid. The content of phenol hydroxyl groups is in a range from 0.76 mmol/g to 2.42 mmol/g in the humic acid composition. The humic acid composition contains a high content of fulvic acid with small molecular weight and a high content of active functional groups, and a high content of phenolic hydroxyl in the active groups. The humic acid composition can provide microbial organic source for soil directly, and improve the nutrient of crops and the soil environment in rhizosphere to promote the breeding of microorganism and delay the attenuation rate of soil microbes.

    Abstract: A method for continuously cooking grass raw materials, includes: (1) preparing grass raw materials by conventional dry or wet method to obtain a chopped grass; (2a) conveying the chopped grass into a T-shaped tube, adding a cooking liquor from a top of the tube and mixing with the chopped grass tube to obtain a forage; (2b) adding steam to the forage being in the horizontal tube, the forage being heated and going into a spherical mixer; (2c) adding a cooking liquor extruded by a dehydration spiral into the spherical mixer, mixing uniformly with the forage in the spherical mixer; (3) conveying the forage after the pre-cooking process to a digester, heating the cooking liquor by a heater arranged outside the digester, and sending the cooking liquor back to the digester for cooking the forage to obtain a pulp of the grass raw materials.

    Abstract: A circular utilization method in pulping and papermaking processes with straw Primary pulp is obtained by digesting straw raw material according to the ammonium sulfite method. Concentrated black liquor is extruded from the primary pulp; paper pulp and diluted black liquor. The concentrated black liquor and the diluted black liquor are mixed, and a contaminated condensate is obtained. A residual concentrate or the concentrated black liquor is used for preparing a fertilizer. The contaminated condensate is mixed with one or more of the waste material obtained from stock preparation, a crop byproduct or organic waste, and substrate or fertilizer is obtained by fermenting the nitrogen source of the contaminated condensate or ammonium sulfite, or using the contaminated condensate for desulfurizing flue gas. Ammonia and flue gas are reacted to obtain the ammonium sulfite as a digestion agent; and water from recycling is used in corresponding phases of the pulping process.
