The method further includes producing a difference image that shows a difference between the acquired image and the background image, and processing the difference image to identify a location of the urine and the collecting and tracing member, and moving the collecting and tracing member to the identified location of the urine.

The sample adding module dropwise adds urine to be tested on test paper. The testing module tests test paper added with the sample to obtain a urine testing result.
