At least one portion of the pendulum is disposed within the housing. At least one support member is fixedly coupled to both the housing and the pendulum, and is configured to support pivotal movement of the pendulum and the light source relative to the housing. And, a driving device is coupled to the pendulum, at a location within the housing, and is configured to produce the pivotal movement of the pendulum.

The support member is configured to support the wobbler such that the wobbler rests on the support member. The driving device is coupled to the support member and configured to produce a movement of the support member to thereby move the wobbler and the flame-shaped head coupled to the wobbler.
