Abstract: A chair includes a mounting frame, a chair seat frame movable relative to the mounting frame longitudinally between a forward position and a rearward position, a footrest mounted pivotally to a front seat portion of the chair seat frame and an anchored portion of the mounting frame at two pivot regions so as to be turnable from a low-lying position to a raised position when the chair seat frame is moved from the forward position to the rearward position, a guiding mechanism disposed to guide movement of the chair seat frame relative to the mounting frame, and a backrest unit disposed to be turned relative to the chair seat frame between an upright position and an inclined position.

Abstract: A height adjusting apparatus includes a vertical outer tube that is adapted to be fixed on the base, and a vertical inner tube that is adapted to be fixed on the working table and that is mounted telescopically on the outer tube. A guiding device guides the inner tube to move vertically within the outer tube while preventing rotation of the inner tube relative to the outer tube. An externally threaded vertical rod is journalled in the outer tube, and engages threadably an internal thread portion of the inner tube. A driving mechanism includes a driven bevel gear that is mounted coaxially and fixedly on the vertical rod, and a driving bevel gear, which is mounted rotatably in the outer tube and which meshes with the driven bevel gear. The driving bevel gear rotates about a horizontal axis so as to rotate the vertical rod, thereby moving the inner tube vertically within the outer tube.

Abstract: A covering frame for supporting a canopy above a ground surface includes a plurality of legs adapted to extend uprightly from the ground surface, and a canopy support frame mounted on top of the legs. The canopy support frame includes at least one pair of parallel support rods having lower ends mounted on the legs and upper ends, an upper horizontal bar interconnecting the upper ends of the support rods, a lower horizontal bar parallel to the upper horizontal bar and interconnecting the lower ends of the support rods, and a supplementary canopy support member extending transversely between the support rods. The supplementary canopy support member includes a seat having two opposite mounting ends, and a pair of connecting wires having outer ends connected respectively to the support rods and inner ends mounted adjustably and respectively on the mounting ends of the seat.

Abstract: A leg assembly for a canopy includes upright leg members, tubular sleeves sleeved slidably and respectively on the leg members, and connecting units extending between the leg members. Each of the connecting units includes at least two linking units and a pivot unit. Each of the linking units includes a first linking rod and a second linking rod. The first linking rod includes a lower segment, an upper segment and an intermediate segment that is formed with a slot. The slot and the upper and lower segments of the first linking rod are disposed on a common vertical plane. The lower segment has a lower end mounted pivotally on an adjacent tubular sleeve. The second linking rod has an upper end mounted pivotally on the upper end of an adjacent leg member, a lower end, and an intermediate portion extending through the slot of the first linking rod, and is pivoted to the intermediate segment about a horizontal pivot axis.

Abstract: A foldable chair frame includes a seat frame formed with an elongated groove which extends from a front end portion to a rear end portion of the seat frame, a first leg frame pivoted to the seat frame, and a second leg frame pivoted to the first leg frame and formed with a slide member that extends slidably into the elongated groove. When in an unfolded state, the slide member extends along the elongated groove to the front end portion of the seat frame. When in a folded state, the slide member extends along the elongated groove to the rear end portion of the seat frame. A locking unit includes a stop member disposed below the seat frame and mounted pivotally to the front end portion of the seat frame about a horizontal pivot axis. The stop member is formed with an upwardly extending stop protrusion.

Abstract: A swing assembly includes a support frame, a pair of linking units, a seat unit, and a pair of pivot connecting units. The support frame has upright left and right frame portions adapted to be supported on a ground surface, and a horizontal bar interconnecting the left and right frame portions. The linking units are disposed between the left and right frame portions. Each of the linking units has an upper end connected pivotally to the horizontal bar, and a lower end. The seat unit is disposed between the linking units, and has two lateral arms proximate to the linking units. The pivot connecting units connect the lateral arms of the seat unit to the linking units, respectively.
