Patent number: 9707669Abstract: Disclosed are methods and devices utilizing magnetized components to assist operation of an internal mechanism of a tool. Magnetic fields can assist a power tool comprising internal mechanisms that cycle very quickly. Magnetized components can assist in a load/reset action relative to internal components of the power tool. In one example, one or more hammers of a hammer drill/driver can be reset more efficiently when various magnetized elements are oriented in certain ways relative to one another. Additionally, friction between components can be reduced by repulsive magnetic fields between two or more components. Utilizing the magnetic fields can improve the overall function of internal components of the tool. In another example, a tool such as a nailer or stapler can utilize magnetism to assist its internal components. In a nailer or stapler the magnetism can assist, for example, acceleration and deceleration of components utilized to drive the nail/staple.Type: GrantFiled: April 24, 2014Date of Patent: July 18, 2017Assignee: Shining Golden Yida Welding & Cutting Machinery Manufacture, LTD.Inventors: Davey Z. Patent number: 9689260Abstract: A rotary vane air motor comprises a rotor, stator and vanes. The rotor has slots for the vanes, and the vanes may move between a retracted position and a contact position in which the vanes contact the cylinder. Each vane may have a longitudinal portion whose shape conforms generally to the slot, and a transverse portion that is radially outside of the slot and extends at least in part in a direction that is transverse to the longitudinal portion and that may be tangential to the perimeter of the rotor at the slot. The shape of the perimeter may be a polygon with rounded corners. The vanes may also include a magnetic portion or a rotating portion.Type: GrantFiled: November 17, 2014Date of Patent: June 27, 2017Assignee: Shining Golden Yida Welding & Cutting Machinery Manufacture Ltd.Inventors: Davey Z. Patent number: 9038246Abstract: A cable tie has a flexible, elongated strap with a head and tail at opposite ends. The strap has two opposed sides, with teeth on both sides. The head includes an opening for receiving the strap, a movable pawl with teeth on one side of the opening and, on the opposite side of the opening, an abutment surface having an abutment tooth. The head may include a molding line adjoining the apex of the abutment tooth. The cable tie may be used to retain articles by looping the strap around the articles, and inserting the strap, tail first, into the opening, whereby the pawl teeth and abutment teeth may be brought into engagement with the teeth on the two opposed sides, respectively, at least when retraction force is applied to the strap, such as to lock the strap in the head, preventing retraction of the strap from the head.Type: GrantFiled: April 26, 2012Date of Patent: May 26, 2015Assignee: Shining Golden Yida Welding & Cutting Machinery Manufacture Ltd.Inventor: Davey Z. Publication number: 20140318999Abstract: A package made of a single piece of cardboard, with at least one aperture, which encases, displays and prevents damage to a tool. The cardboard has a front portion, a back portion, a top portion, a bottom portion and two side portions. The top portion is formed by parallel creases between the front and back portions which, when folded, create a rectangular top portion. Insertion of a tab into a slit forms the bottom portion which serves as a horizontal ledge so the entire packaged tool stands upright. The aperture in the package permits a tool's grip to protrude from the package. The one piece cardboard construction with aperture may further enclose a clam or blister package which encloses any non-grip portion of a tool. Tool accessories may be placed and stored within the package. Additional apertures permit hanging onto a projection. Other embodiments are described and claimed.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 23, 2014Publication date: October 30, 2014Applicant: Shining Golden Yida Welding & Cutting Machinery Manufacture, Ltd.Inventor: Davey Z.
