Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) device includes a first function circuitry operable to perform a first function and a second function circuitry operable to perform a second function. A multi-function terminal is provided. A voltage sensing circuit is coupled to the multi-function terminal for sensing a voltage at the multi-function terminal. If the sensed voltage is above a predetermined level, the first function circuitry is activated to perform the first function. If the sensed voltage is below the predetermined level, the second function circuit is activated to perform the second function.
Abstract: In one embodiment, the present invention provides a platform of hardware and/or software that enables the complete access and reliable testing of multiple integrated circuit (IC) devices within a package. This platform may include a testing component (e.g., test circuits, test pads, shared pads, etc.), one or more probe cards and related hardware, wafer probe programs, load board and related hardware of external test equipment, and software and routines for final test programs.
Abstract: A system and method for the management of applications on one or more computers. The management system can manage the applications based on the state of each resource belonging to the application. One aspect of the management system includes a master server and a plurality of agents. The master server allows resources to be selected from among a plurality of resources that are already deployed and combine the resources together to form an application. The master server can then generate instructions for capturing the selected resources, along with their corresponding resource states, and combining the captured resources and resource states into an application package. Another aspect of the management system can associate management procedures with the application based on the resource type of each of the resources making up the application. The management procedures can thus be executed to manage the application based on the states of each of its resources.

Abstract: The disclosed invention is a new method and mechanism for a marketplace of buyers and sellers of any asset, and in particular financial instruments. The invention includes a user specified, computer-aided control over the visibility and matching of buy and sell orders. In a marketplace, particularly one with illiquid assets, a participant wants his order to be shown to potentially interested participants such that a trade can take place. However, the participant wants this order treated with discretion, so that his trading information does not get into the hands of non-interested parties who may take advantage of the information, thus causing adverse price movement. The mechanism and business method disclosed herein allow the user to enter a buy or sell order along with parameters, including a visibility group, which guide a computer program to distribute information about this order to desired parties.
