Abstract: A dynamo-electric machine, in particular a multi-pole dynamo-electric machine includes a shaft and an integrated fan which is connected to the shaft by a friction-wheel planetary gear. The friction-wheel planetary gear has first and second rolling bearings, with the first rolling bearing having an outer ring mounted in the hub of the fan, and the second rolling bearing having an outer ring which is press-fitted in the hub of the fan. Arranged between the first and second rolling bearings is a driving bush for transmitting a rotational speed of the shaft onto balls of the second bearing to thereby increase a rotational speed of the fan by a predefined factor compared to the rotational speed of the shaft.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for monitoring the state of a safety bearing (14) of a machine (12), wherein the safety bearing (14) catches a rotor shaft (1) of the machine (12) in case of failure of a magnetic bearing (6) of the machine (12), wherein the safety bearing (14) has an outer ring (3) and an inner ring (2) that is arranged rotatably in relation to the outer ring (3), wherein the magnetic bearing (6) is switched off, wherein the rotor shaft (1) is rotationally moved with a defined course of movement, wherein a physical variable (G) of the safety bearing (14) is measured by means of a sensor (5). The invention further relates to a corresponding machine. The invention allows for monitoring the state of a safety bearing (14) installed in a machine (12).
Abstract: A carriage of an electric machine has a carriage base for accommodating an object to be moved. The carriage base is fastened to a movable primary part of a linear motor. A seat is integrally formed on the carriage base and represents the housing or a housing part fastened in or to the movable primary part. The one-part design of the seat with the carriage base increases the stability of the entire carriage, allowing a reduced wall thicknesses of the carriage and eliminating the need for additional fastening elements securing the seat to the carriage base. The weight of the carriage to also reduced.
Abstract: Components for transmitting ATM cells related to Internet data packets are additionally integrated in an ATM communications system for transmitting data and data packets packed in ATM cells for ATM communications networks which are formed by ATM communications systems. The complete integration of the Internet transmission function into ATM communications systems results in effective traffic and network management of ATM cells related to Internet data packets with a very low level of integration complexity.
