  • Publication number: 20190112092
Abstract: A carton sleeve of a composite material for producing a carton is illustrated and described, including: a sleeve area, a longitudinal seam that joins two edges of the composite material to form an all-round carton sleeve, and two pseudo fold lines that pass through the sleeve area, wherein the carton sleeve is folded along both pseudo fold lines. In order to allow the production of cartons with a more complex geometry, it is envisaged that the carton sleeve in the region of the sleeve area has no further or no continuous fold lines apart from the two pseudo fold lines. In addition a carton of such a carton sleeve as well as a method for producing a carton from such a carton sleeve are illustrated and described.

  • Patent number: 10207852
Abstract: A method for treating open cut edges of a packaging sleeve (S), blank or web material of a packaging material rolled up into a roll, in particular a composite cardboard/plastics material, by applying or introducing a disinfectant-containing treatment agent to or into the outer region of the cut edges. To provide a particularly resource-efficient composite packaging and a production method required for this purpose, it is proposed that at least some of the treatment agent is not applied directly to the cut edges, but that a load carrier (9) is loaded, which load carrier absorbs the treatment agent so that an actively sterilizing atmosphere which is created then acts on the open cut edges of the packaging sleeve (S), blank or web material and performs the desired sterilization. The invention also relates to a packaging material, to a combipack produced therefrom and to a container for receiving the packaging material.

  • Patent number: 10155604
Abstract: Packaging installation having at least two packaging devices. Each packaging device has an input belt and an output belt. The input belt supplies packagings and the output belt receives packagings which are processed by the packaging device, a conveyor belt arranged between the output belt of a first packaging device and the input belt of a second packaging device, and a central control unit. A constant throughput over the packaging installation is achieved as the central control unit establishes at least the actual speed of the input belts and output belts and the conveyor belt and the central control unit establishes at least the actual packing density of the input belts and output belts and the conveyor belt and the central control unit in accordance with the actual packing density and the actual speeds determines at least desired speeds for the input belts and the output belts and the conveyor belt.

  • Publication number: 20180346260
Abstract: A buffer table of a packaging system includes, at least two infeeds, at least two outfeeds, and a plurality of buffer lines supplied separately from each other, arranged between the infeed and the outfeed. Optimised use of the buffer table is achieved by the infeed supplying the respective package to one of the buffer lines depending on the level of completion of a package and by the outfeed removing the respective package from the respective buffer lines depending on the level of completion of the package.

  • Patent number: 9909290
Abstract: A device for changing the jet shape of free-flowing products, in particular of foodstuffs, including: an inflow area for the free-flowing products to enter, an outflow area for the free-flowing products to exit, and several channels through which to pass the free-flowing products. Each channel includes an inlet allocated to the inflow area and an outlet allocated to the outflow area. The inlets together form an inflow surface with a width and height lying in the inflow area. The outlets together form an outflow surface with a width and height lying in the outflow area. In order to reduce splashing when filling packagings with a non-rotationally symmetrical cross section, the outflow surface is non-rotationally symmetrical.
