  • Patent number: 11440279
Abstract: A method for manufacturing three-dimensional items with flexible walls is provided, by method of a mold and counter-mold between which a volume corresponding to that of the item to be obtained is delimited. The item is made up of laminar parts which are mounted on a template that is fixed to the inner surface of the mold. The laminar parts are joined to one another by means of a material which is injected in molten state through a network of conduits delimited between the counter-mold, template and the facing edges of adjacent laminar parts. The template is made of an elastically deformable material and has a three-dimensional configuration.

  • Patent number: 10047409
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and the production of natural leathers from pieces of natural leather torn into different-sized fibers which are sorted and placed, once they have been mixed with a binder, in successive layers (6, 7 and 8) on a support sheet (9) provided with filaments crossing the different layers. The support sheet (9) and filaments (10) are extracted once the binder substance has cured.

  • Patent number: 10016922
Abstract: The invention relates to a mold for producing three-dimensional items, consisting of at least two mutually attachable pieces, and within which pieces the volume of the item to be produced is delimited. In said mold, owing to the mutually supporting surfaces, said pieces have formations delimiting airtight chambers between consecutively attached pieces. At least one of the pieces used to form part of each airtight chamber has a pneumatic valve through which said chambers are connected to a vacuum source, by means of which a sufficient negative pressure is created in the chambers to fix to one another the pieces delimiting such chambers. The walls of the pieces are non-deformable as a result of the negative pressure created within the chambers.

  • Patent number: 9604440
Abstract: Manufacturing process for the production of flexible three-dimensional items which entails: cutting the pieces (4) which will form the outer material of the item to be produced, preparing a mould (1) and a counter mould (3) with smooth opposing surfaces onto which the cut pieces (4) which will form the outer material are placed, these cut pieces, alongside the mould and counter mould, delimiting a network of channels (6) through which a molten plastic material is injected.

  • Publication number: 20160221224
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing sheet pieces, comprising: preparing innumerable groups (1) of strands or bristles; fixing said groups to a carrier base (2); shaping a sheet piece (5) in a mold (4) using a plastic material in a viscous state; introducing the groups of bristles or strands, by the divergent end thereof, into the sheet piece (5) while it is in a viscous state; curing the plastic material; and cutting the pieces or strands in a direction parallel to the surface of the sheet piece.

  • Patent number: 9327466
Abstract: Tool for transporting and shaping flexible laminar parts, which comprises a chamber 1 having a flexible and impermeable wall, with a bottom 3 provided with though holes 6. The chamber 1 houses a flexible and impermeable plate, a rigid plate 4, which reproduces the final three-dimensional shape that the flexible laminar part 5 has to adopt, and a suction tube 8.

  • Patent number: 9032574
Abstract: A method of manufacturing footwear by a mold (1 and 2) and a counter-mold is in the form of a last (3), between which the pieces (4 and 5) that will form the upper are arranged. These pieces define channels (9) between one another which, together with cavities (10 and 11) demarcated between mold and counter-mold, determine a network of channels and cavities into which a thermoplastic material in molten state is injected.
