Abstract: The present invention provides a method of preparing a textile with a porous material, comprising: (a) mixing a solution containing the porous material, a resin and a foam stabilizer to form a mixture; (b) foaming the mixture of (a) to form a foam; (c) coating the foam of (b) to the surface of the textile; and (d) drying the textile of (c). The present invention also provides a textile contained porous material, comprising a porous material, a resin layer and a fabric, membrane or released substance.
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a windproof and air-permeable single-layer knit fabric through several simple steps of designing, desizing, and brushing.
Abstract: A manufacturing method of uniaxially drawn porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane is to process a semifinished product of polytetrafluoroethylene membrane after a corona treatment with an extension procedure and a shaping procedure to obtain finished porous membrane having uniform thickness, pore distribution, pore size and pore-space rate. By having the procedures and controlling the operational conditions in the manufacturing method, the finished porous membrane has excellent ventilation, moisture-permeability, and water-repellence efficiency. Moreover, the manufacturing method has simple produces without using accessory devices to reduce cost and to increase throughput as well. The finished membrane enables to apply on fabric, non-fabric, cloth or the similar for industrial applications.
Abstract: An examining device for cloth includes a first container having two opposite open ends, a second container having a closed end and an open end, a combining device to combine the first container and the second container and an air supply device in connection with the second container to supply air into the second container. After a cloth is sandwiched between the combining means and the first container and after the first container is filled with water and the second container is supplied with air, observation made to see if water seeps through the cloth and air passes through the cloth is able to test capabilities of the cloth.
