Abstract: A machine for making filled pasta, comprising a first modular unit (10), consisting of a kneading machine equipped with a container (11) within which the dough is formed, and a second modular unit (16), constituted by a ravioli machine, which is able to place filling doses inside the dough for continuously producing tortellini, ravioli, etc.; an extruder or die (12) is placed in correspondence of the bottom of said container (11) of the kneading machine, so as to give a desired shape to the dough at the extruder's output. The extruded pasta is thus conveyed downstream the extruder (12) and inside the ravioli machine.
Abstract: An integrated system for the running and control of machines and equipment (10), in particular for the treatment of foodstuff, comprising an electronic circuit card (11), installed in the machine (10) and equipped with a relative microprocessor (12), suitable for controlling the machine (10), and a modem device on a network line (13), suitable for transmitting a series of data and/or information onto the machine (10) , such as periods of use, diagnostics, maintenance expiry dates etc.; data and/or information are conveyed through the electric feeding line of the machines (10), to a central unit or collector (14) which, in turn, sends the data received to a central collecting and processing unit, via GSM (17, 18) and/or e-mail (19), through Internet.
Abstract: An ice-crusher (10) comprises a grinding hole (15) which includes a feeding collar (16) to which a lever (18) is hinged to push ice into the cutting area; the cutting unit includes a rotating disc (23) to which a cutting blade (25) is attached. The distance of the cutting blade (25) from the disc (23) can be set axially by the user and from outside the covering (13) of the ice-crusher (10) by means of a regulating key to break up ice into pieces of different thickness. Moreover, the manifold motor (34) of the device is positioned horizontally and is staggered relative to the shaft (26). Said motor (34) transmits motion to the shaft (26) by means of a belt (39) to leave room for inserting into the device (10) the key for regulating the thickness.
