Abstract: A linear drive has a linear unit for carrying out a linear movement, a motor for the motorized driving of the linear unit, and a drive connection which extends from the motor as far as the linear unit. In order to ensure reliable operation even in the event of a power failure, it is proposed that the linear drive have a centrifugal brake which is rotationally coupled to the drive connection.
Abstract: An electromechanical cylinder contains a casing, an actuating rod mounted so as to be able to move longitudinally relative to the casing, an electric motor provided with a rotating rotor shaft, a mechanism for transforming a rotational movement of the rotor shaft of the electric motor into a linear translational movement of the actuating rod, and at least one bearing for guiding the rotor shaft of the electric motor in rotation relative to the casing and for supporting the rotor shaft. The cylinder further contains a sleeve that is fastened to the casing and inside which is mounted the bearing, and at least one load sensor that is mounted on the sleeve while being offset axially relative to the bearing.
Abstract: An actuating mechanism has a main rotational drive and a roller screw mechanism coupled to the main rotational drive. The roller screw mechanism has a screw, a nut, and a plurality of rollers. One of the screw and the nut is coupled to the main rotational drive, while the other is movable relative to the rollers both translationally and rotationally. The roller screw mechanism also has an annular guide for circumferential and axial retention of the rollers. The annular guide contains a cylindrical sleeve that extends axially outward from one of the annular heels beyond the nut. The screw extends into a bore of the sleeve, and the sleeve is coupled to a secondary rotational drive.

Abstract: An auxiliary assembly device is provided for premounting a linear guide system on a top part. The linear guide system includes two linear guides having two respective mutually displaceable guide rails, which have mutually facing raceways. Rolling elements, which are disposed in a cage, are located between the mutually facing raceways. The auxiliary assembly device has an auxiliary rail, which is configured for connection to a respective narrow end of the two linear guides in order to hold the two linear guides with the top part in a preassembled state for insertion into a bottom part. A method for premounting a linear guide system on a top part is also provided.
