Abstract: A door lock system can comprise a door lock movable between a locked state and an unlocked state. The door lock system can detect a first indication suggestive of a presence of a visitor. The door lock system can also detect a second indication suggestive of an identity of the visitor. As well, the door lock can validate that the first indication and the second indication are associated with a first identity.
Abstract: A doorbell system can be configured to detect a weather event. The doorbell system can comprise a doorbell, a button coupled to the doorbell, and a pressure sensor coupled to the doorbell. As well, the doorbell system can determine an occurrence of a weather event and thereby transmit weather data to a remote server that is remotely located with respect to the doorbell system.

Abstract: Doorbell systems can be configured to detect and/or regulate temperature within a doorbell. Doorbell systems can comprise a temperature sensor coupled to the doorbell and a heating element coupled to the doorbell. Methods can include determining, by the doorbell, a first temperature of an inside portion of the doorbell. As well, methods can include heating, by the heating element, the inside portion of the doorbell in response to the first temperature being less than a first predetermined temperature. In some embodiments, doorbells detect humidity and then communicate the humidity to a remote device.

Abstract: Doorbells can send data to each other to enable a first doorbell user to warn a second doorbell user regarding a suspicious visitor. A first user can indicate a first trait of a visitor via a first remote computing device. The first user can create a user group to enable the members of the user group to use their doorbells to take pictures of suspicious visitors and to send the pictures of the suspicious visitors to other members of the user group.
