The user device may then transmit the EPF digital record to a host server for storage and processing. The EPF device may also be configured to transmit health data and the user device may be configured to analyze one or both of the health data and the EPF digital record and present a health recommendation.
Abstract: A light ring assembly for a bathroom fixture. The light ring may illuminate one or more light sources in a predetermined sequence and/or in an overlapping manner to create a pulse of light that traverses the circumference of the light ring. Different patterns, colors, and/or sequences of light may be used to convey messages and signals to owners, maintenance, and/or users.

Abstract: A tank for a pressure-assist toilet flush system includes a base having an outlet for discharging water from the tank and a cover connected to the upper end of the base at a tongue-and-groove joint. The base has a pair of first sidewalls extending downward from the upper end of the base along a length of the base, a pair of second sidewalls extending between the first sidewalls and downward from the upper end of the base, and a bottom wall connected to the first sidewalls and the second sidewalls, with the outlet defined in the bottom wall. The base also includes first and second cross-ribs connected to the first sidewalls and each having a bridge portion extending between the first sidewalls on opposite sides of the outlet, the first and second cross-ribs each having an opening between a bottom edge of the bridge portion and the bottom wall.
Abstract: A hybrid sensor for calibrating a primary active infrared (IR) sensor to more accurately locate, continuously calibrate, and conserve energy by more accurately detecting via the active IR detection is described herein. The hybrid sensor includes one or more infrared sensors and one or more time-of-flight sensors. The time-of-flight sensor may remain in a dormant state (e.g., low power or sleep mode) until the one or more infrared sensors detect an object. In response to detecting an object, the time-of-flight sensor may be activated to obtain several measurements of the object. After obtaining the measurements, the time-of-flight sensor may return to its dormant state. The hybrid sensor may use the measurements obtained by the time-of-flight sensor to calibrate the one or more infrared sensors to provide more accurate measurements on an object-by-object basis.

Abstract: A toilet assembly includes a toilet with a bowl, a rim surrounding the bowl, and a water inlet pipe extending upward from a rear of the toilet, a toilet seat that rests on the rim and has an opening positioned above the bowl, and an attachment connected to the inlet pipe and the toilet seat. The attachment may include a coupling engaging the inlet pipe and a hinge connection connected to the coupling, where the seat is pivotably connected to the hinge connection of the attachment to pivotably mount the seat on the toilet, such that the seat is pivotable about the hinge connection between a raised position and a lowered position. The coupling may engage the inlet pipe such that the hinge connection is positioned and connected to the seat at a location spaced upward from the top surface of the rear of the toilet.
Abstract: A flushometer system having an integrated control stop and three ports. The piston or flush control device is accessible through an actuation opening. The flushometer system may be utilized in a behind-the-wall installation with a face plate exterior for user interaction. The interior of the flushometer may be accessed through the actuation opening behind the face plate.

Abstract: A restroom monitoring system for monitoring attributes of fixtures within a restroom using sensors. Additional attributes are determined from the monitored attributes. Consumable usage levels are estimated based on predetermined consumption levels associated with usage states of the fixtures. The restroom monitoring system provides an indication of the need for replenishment of consumables based on the monitored attributes of the fixtures. In addition, restroom monitoring system may provide additional information regarding the restroom attributes to a service provider, a manager or a user.
