Abstract: An improved, very wieldy anesthetic syringe that allows for precise and repeated injection has a first hydraulic chamber behind a feed piston and a second hydraulic chamber behind the first hydraulic chamber, the hydraulic chambers being connected so as to allow for regulation of the flow resistance. A special receiver for cannulae that have been specifically developed for use with the proposed syringe is also provided.
