Abstract: A mobile meat processing system and method of use is provided. The mobile system of abattoir contemplates various features and methods for producing various meat and meat products, enables the processing of meat at locations that are desirably close to the source, and further includes features for ensuring safety and cleanliness of the operations to be performed. Water purification and filtration systems are provided for both inlet and waste water, such that the system is adapted to function in connection with a wide variety of water sources.
