    Abstract: This method allows direct 3D tailoring of a garment. It includes the steps of 3D-digitizing of a human body, of tracing a 3D mesh representing the garment over the 3D image of the body, and of modifying selectively the distance between the mesh and the body so as to visualize immediately in 3D how the garment fits to the body.
