Abstract: An electronic switch device with ceramic sheets includes a base having a base board, and an installation side and a connection side are respectively formed on the top and the underside thereof. A first board extends perpendicularly from the base board. Multiple terminals extend from the connection side of the base board. A device is installed to the installation side. A sheet made of isolating composite material is connected to a portion of the top of the base board and the first side of the first board. A cover is mounted to installation side of the base board and accommodate the device and the sheet. The sheet isolates a portion of the device that may generate sparks from the base board.

Abstract: A relay device comprises a base, a pin, and an outer cap. A gap is arranged at a peripheral of the base. The pin has a convex plate and assembled to the gap of the base and one end thereof is protruded from the gap. The convex plate is covered/shielded the gap. The outer cap includes a receiving groove. A notch of the receiving groove is covered the base and the pin. A paste is applied among the peripheral of the base, the convex plate of the pin, and the notch of the receiving groove for fastening. The gap arranged at the peripheral of the base is providing the pin for assembling without directional limitation and advantageous to once assembly of the base and the pin in an automatic machine so as to simplify the manufacturing process of the relay device.

Abstract: A relay with multiple coils includes a base which has two fixed contacts, a coil assembly which has a U-shaped armature, a U-shaped iron core, two tubular bobbins received between the U-shaped armature and the U-shaped iron core, two coils respectively wound around the tubular bobbins. A spring member is movable above the coil assembly. The spring member has two moving contacts corresponding to the fixed contacts. A coil spring is disposed between the spring member and the coil assembly. When each coil induces a magnetic field by supplying electric current, the coil spring is compressed such that the moving contacts connect with the fixed contacts; when no electric current is supplied, the coil spring provides the restoring force to draw the spring member backward. Therefore, the relay acts as a switch for adapting to open/close a circuit connected to the relay.

The second conducting member has at least one second fixed contact for selectively connecting with the corresponding movable contact.

Abstract: A relay includes a base, at least on set of contact mechanism, a container on the rear side of the base, an electromagnetic mechanism arranged inside the container, a slide piece disposed between the moveable contactor of the contact mechanism and the moveable plate of the electromagnetic mechanism as well as above the electromagnetic mechanism. And a housing covers all components mentioned above. The improvement of the present invention is characterized in that there is a distance from the electromagnetic mechanism to the inner wall of the container after it is disposed into the container. A driver pushes a moveable plate forwardly so that the electromagnetic mechanism can move the moveable contactor through the slide card for contacting the front fixed contactor properly. Afterwards, the frame of electromagnetic mechanism is also pushed by the driver and moved on with a preset distance. Then put glue to attach the electromagnetic mechanism onto the base.
