Publication number: 20170201168Abstract: A magnetic coupling rotor includes permanent magnets arranged at equal angular spacings about its axis of rotation, wherein they respectively face radially inwardly and radially outwardly with their pole faces, of which a respective one bears against a backiron body of ferromagnetic material. The backiron body is a cylindrical ring with smooth peripheral surfaces. Provided for the permanent magnets is a holding device comprising a not or only weakly magnetizable injection-moldable material in the form of a rotary-symmetrical body having recesses for receiving the permanent magnets. The diameters of the holding means and the backiron body are such that they can be fitted together coaxially such that the backiron body at least partially covers the recesses in a radial direction. Thus, formed between it and the holding means is an even number of insertion compartments into which permanent magnets may be inserted.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 9, 2017Publication date: July 13, 2017Applicant: Spheros GmbHInventors: Norbert BOLTZ, Alfred LANDMANN, Felix MULLER-SPANKA

Publication number: 20150247638Abstract: In a heating device operated with liquid fuel, comprising a fuel pump (1) which includes a displacer member (2) and serves to suck the liquid fuel out of a tank (6) and feed it to a pressure conduit region (7, 9) in which an increased pressure defined by a pressure regulator (14) prevails and which further passes the fuel to an atomizer nozzle (10) from which it passes into a combustion chamber to form a burner flame (11), to avoid interruptions in operation it is provided that the pressure conduit region (7, 9) includes at least one additional volume (20, 22; 24, 26), the size of which is so selected that the pressure drop occurring in the pressure conduit region (7, 9) when gas bubbles are sucked in does not lead to an ongoing interruption in the fuel delivery by the fuel pump (1).Type: ApplicationFiled: August 2, 2013Publication date: September 3, 2015Applicant: SPHEROS GMBHInventor: Nico Soppa
