Abstract: A solar energy collecting panel comprising a hollow collector through which an intermediate fluid is circulated to be warmed by solar radiation incident on the panel. The panel comprises a panel body including a general channel-shaped section comprising first wall having a pair of side walls extending along and projecting from a pair of opposed edges of said first wall, a hollow collector integrally formed with said first wall, a transparent wall, and interengaging means on said transparent wall and said side walls for locating the transparent wall between the side walls and opposite said first wall; the panel further comprising a pair of heads closing respective opposite ends of the panel body for the delivery and collection of said intermediate fluid.

Abstract: A sun shield for installation on the outside of building facades comprising a plurality of orientable adjacent pallets. The pallets are adapted to act as sun shields and also as collectors of solar energy. Each pallet has at least one transparent surface and an inner collector which is irradiated through the transparent surface and within which an intermediate fluid is circulated to be warmed by solar radiation incident on the pallet.

Abstract: A platform for the lifting and handling of goods comprising a base frame, a loading frame, both made of a polymeric material, and superimposed on one another, and uprights extending between and connecting the frames. The loading frame is formed by a pair of reticular structures, which are superimposed on one another. The intersecting elongate members of each reticular structure are staggered with respect to those in the other such structure and the reticular structures are connected to form a rigid construction at least by means of joining elements connecting the structures at locations where the elongate members of one structure cross those of the other structure.
