Abstract: A computing device provides enhancement of the capabilities of text messaging applications that execute on user devices. The computing device includes a processor that receives a text message via a network from a user device, the text message including a character representation of a product bundle of a merchant. The processor determines bundle data for the product bundle by referencing a database using the character representation. The processor provides one or more text messages via the network to the user device with transaction data including the bundle data, payment data, and shipping data. The processor receives a text message via the network from the user device confirming the transaction data. The user may use text commands presented by the computing device or natural language conversation in the text messages to the computing device to modify the transaction data and perform other ecommerce actions.

Abstract: A message management platform receives API payloads including past confirmed transactions carried out by an application builder platform and available item offerings of an application operator. The message management platform launches, at an instant messaging platform, a chat session between an agent and a user, a subscriber to the message management platform and an end-user of the application operator. The message management platform displays, for the agent, at the instant messaging platform, the past confirmed transactions of the user and the available item offerings of the application operator. The message management platform receives a selection of a set of items from the agent based on the chat session with the user and creates a virtual instance of a shopping cart representation. The message management platform generates a materialization link of the shopping cart and transmits the materialization link to the user through the instant messaging platform.

The message flow includes one or more messages associated with trigger conditions. The platform may receive, from a code snippet incorporated in an application of a user computing device, a notification that the user computing device has used the application. The platform may associate a user identifier with the user computing device. The platform may subscribe to, on behalf of the application operator, one or more API notification channels of the application builder platform. The platform may receive an API notification from the application builder platform. The platform may determine that the application builder platform's user is associated with the user identifier used by the message management platform. The platform may determine that the event described in the payload matches the trigger condition and transmit the first message to the user computing device.
