  • Patent number: 11274709
Abstract: A clutch includes a hub and a flange located radially inside and outside, respectively, with respect to the clutch rotational axis and associated with hub and flange sides of the clutch. A spring elastically supports the hub and flange sides against each other in the circumferential direction in a torque-transmitting manner. A bearing radially supports the hub and flange sides against one another for rotation around the axis and includes an outer ring supporting the hub and an inner ring supported on a bearing pin associated with the flange side. A friction device connects the hub and flange sides in a friction-locked and torque-transmitting manner in the circumferential direction and includes a friction element and a friction surface which are pretensioned against one another in the axial direction. A tensioning device includes a tensioning element that applies force to, and axially pretensions, the friction device and bearing.

  • Patent number: 10823143
Abstract: A disk brake for a brake disk ring of an azimuth drive of a wind turbine includes a brake housing which has two housing halves that, on opposite sides, flank receiving jaws for the brake disk ring. At least two brake pistons which hydraulically act upon friction lining carriers assigned to the receiving jaws are mounted in each housing half. At least one housing half has a cleaning channel, extending from a rear side of the housing and towards a front housing area, in which the receiving jaws and the friction lining carriers are provided.

  • Patent number: 9752625
Abstract: Dual clutch including two clutch units acting in a force-fitting manner and mounted on a common clutch hub in a rotationally fixed and axially movable manner, a pressure disk arrangement retained between the clutch units on the clutch hub in an axially fixed manner and including two axially movable pressure pistons each of which can be ventilated by a compression spring arrangement positioned in the clutch hub. Each compression spring arrangement includes multiple compression springs, each of which is arranged in a recess of the clutch hub. Each recess is introduced into the clutch hub as an axially extending blind hole. The pressure disk arrangement is received in a radial groove of the clutch hub, the groove being radially and/or axially spaced from the blind holes.

  • Patent number: 4750527
Abstract: In a control for a warp beam drive of a weaving machine, the warp beam drive is regulated at all times by a control which receives input signals representing the number of rotations of the warp beam and representing the tension of the warp threads. If the weaving machine has come to a standstill because of an error which has taken place, then, before the warp beam drive is re-started, the tension on the warp threads is increased to a specific value by rotating the warp beam in reverse, in order, during re-start, to take warp thread tension back to a predetermined normal value again through suitable action on the warp beam drive. The effect of this is that no stop marks or start marks are formed in the woven material as a result of the weaving machine having stood still.

  • Patent number: 4031714
Abstract: A flexible coupling includes a plurality of flexible torque-transmitting members arranged in a circular pattern around the axis of the coupling. Each member is of an elastomeric material and has two parallel stud-receiving passageways. The studs projecting through the radially outer passageways of the torque-transmitting members are supported on their axially outer ends by one part of the coupling. The studs projecting through the radially inner passageways are supported at their axially outer ends by the other part of the coupling. Thus torques are transmitted from one part of the coupling by way of the radially outer studs, the torque-transmitting members, and the radially inner studs, to the other part of the coupling, or vice versa.
